Our packaging manufacturing site located in Grantham, Lincolnshire, has been operating since 1954. Located in Wiltshire part of the UK, is our Westbury site, which has been operating since 1964.

* Analysis

Our teams are trained to analyse your complete supply chain. Evaluating your specific needs making improvements and cost savings wherever possible.

* Design

Our design teams can produce a solution from the initial concept to design; we elaborate on our ideas to ensure their practicality in use.

Each manufacturing site has design and sample making departments to create solutions that best suit your products. We use the latest materials, incorporating innovative features that will maximise your product protection whilst minimising material usage and your logistics cost.

* Manufacture

All your principle components will be manufactured in-house in order to provide the levels of flexibility for your line side deliveries and JIT service requirements. In order for this to happen we have a dedicated distribution fleet giving nationwide coverage committed to on time in full deliveries every time.

* Testing

Depending on your requirements your packaged product can be Laboratory tested to commercial levels ISTA, ETSI or BS1133.

In addition, Macfarlane Packaging Westbury is part of the Defence Packaging Group, “Index of Accredited Package Design and Military Packaging Contractors” and thereby are holders of the “Def Pkg/DR14 (Part 2)/29” accreditation certificate.

By conducting finished pack testing cost effective solutions can be proven, helping enhance your reputation and service.
